Broad and Cassel Names Stacey Prince-Troutman Partner

ORLANDO, Fla. (Jan. 3, 2017) – Statewide law firm Broad and Cassel today announced Stacey Prince-Troutman has been named a partner in the firm’s Orlando office, effective
Jan. 1.

Prince-Troutman is a member of the firm’s Estate Planning and Trusts Practice Group. Since joining the firm in 2004, her practice has focused on probate, trusts and estates, and transfer tax controversy matters for a variety of clients, including business owners and professional athletes.

“Stacey has been an integral part of the estate planning team for more than a decade now, and we’re pleased to extend this invitation to become partner,” said Chairman C. David Brown, II. “We wish her many years of continued success as she steps into this new role.”

Prince-Troutman is a frequent speaker and author on estate planning issues, and most recently, she was named among the 2016 Florida Legal Elite. She also is active in various professional and community organizations, serving on the board for Coalition for the Homeless of Central Florida and the Florida Probate Rules Committee. In August, Prince-Troutman was accepted into Class II of the Florida Fellows Institute of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC).

An AV Preeminent®-rated attorney, she holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida and earned her juris doctor and master of laws in taxation at UF’s Levin College of Law.
