Mr. Craig Bermingham is an Associate in the Orlando office of Broad and Cassel. He is a member of the Firm's Real Estate Practice Group.
Mr. Bermingham is active in various community and professional organizations.
- Mr. Bermingham represents and advises clients in the areas of commercial and residential real estate transactions and litigation. His experience includes title review and preparation, landlord/tenant law, condominium and homeowners’ association law matters, as well as matters relating to business structuring, contracts, commercial and construction law.
- He has served as a real estate consultant and specialist for commercial and residential properties throughout Florida.
- With a varied and impressive background, Mr. Bermingham performed as a tenor soloist in the opera houses and concert venues of Europe. He also served in the United States Army, and was awarded a bronze star in the Gulf War as a lieutenant in a rocket artillery battalion.
- Additional experience includes teaching courses in Sociology and Criminology at the University of Florida and working as a Parliamentary Assistant in both London, England and Bonn, Germany.
