Jason Lambert

Mr. Jason S. Lambert is an Associate in the Tampa office of Broad and Cassel. He is a member of the Firm's Commercial Litigation Practice Area.

  • Mr. Lambert is an experienced civil trial attorney who focuses his practice on representing businesses in commercial and complex litigation, with an emphasis on the construction and real estate industries. He also advises contractors and subcontractors on business and contracting related issues.
  • He is also well-versed in appellate law, with experience in appeals arising from a variety of contexts, including commercial leases, business sales and earn-out agreements, contract interpretation, trade secrets, and arbitration rights. Further, Mr. Lambert served as an intern with the Honorable Marva L. Crenshaw of the Second District Court of Appeals, providing him with invaluable insight into the workings of Florida's appellate courts.
  • A graduate of Stetson University College of Law, Mr. Lambert earned the National Order of Barristers Award, which recognizes law students who excel at written and oral advocacy nationally. He also served as an Associate Justice on Stetson's nationally ranked Moot Court Board, receiving multiple awards for his written and oral advocacy.
  • Prior to beginning his career in the law, Mr. Lambert spent almost a decade working in the construction and development industry, providing him with knowledge he now uses in service to his clients. This experience included work as a project manager and director of operations for a company with $20 million in revenues and the creation of a business designed to help subcontractors navigate and comply with Florida's construction lien laws.
Mr. Lambert is an active member of various professional and community organizations. Following his own success in moot court, he has also served as an Advocacy Skills Trainer for Stetson University College of Law.
