Mr. D. Bedford Wilder is an Associate in the Tallahassee office of Broad and Cassel. He is a member of the Firm's Real Estate, Banking and Institutional Lending and Bankruptcy and Creditors' Rights Practice Groups.

  • Mr. Wilder practices in the areas of transactional real estate law, commercial lending, banking and finance. He represents developers, property owners, lenders and borrowers with respect to commercial real estate transactions, including the acquisition, disposition, financing, leasing and development of real property.
  • He also represents borrowers, institutional lenders and private lenders in negotiating and documenting loan transactions, including real estate and asset based lending, construction financing, permanent lending, loan workouts and debt restructuring.
  • Mr. Wilder's practice also includes business formation, organization and related legal work.
Mr. Wilder is an active member of various professional and community organizations.
