Ms. Shaina Stahl is an Associate in the Orlando office of Broad and Cassel. She is a member of the Firm's Commercial Litigation Group and concentrates her practice on business litigation, including construction disputes and intellectual property matters as well as trust and estate litigation.
Ms. Stahl is an active member of various professional and community organizations.
- Ms. Stahl focuses her practice on a range of litigation matters, including complex civil litigation, securities litigation and enforcement, and commercial disputes. She has represented large banking institutions and mortgage-backed securitization trustees in complex civil litigation and in securities regulation and enforcement matters. She also represents companies and individuals in government regulatory investigations at the US state and federal levels, including cases alleging violations of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, health care fraud, intellectual property, and insider trading.
- Ms. Stahl has experience in all aspects and phases of complex litigation and has assisted in the preparation and conduct for several jury and non-jury trials. She has also conducted numerous evidentiary hearings and negotiated successful settlements on behalf of her clients.
- As a former engineer and M.B.A., Ms. Stahl uses her technical and business experience to fully understand the business side of her clients so that she may better resolve conflicts and develop beneficial solutions. This solution oriented approach to legal issues allows Ms. Stahl to both advocate and negotiate critically in the interests of her clients.
- Prior to joining Broad and Cassel, Ms. Stahl was an associate in the litigation department of a global law firm in New York City. Prior to attending law school, Ms. Stahl worked as a project coordinator with Walt Disney Imagineering where she managed the design, development and documentation for several large-scale projects.
