Rachel L. Ricci

Ms. Rachel L. Ricci is Senior Counsel in the West Palm Beach office of Broad and Cassel and is a member of the Firm’s Real Estate Practice Group.

  • Ms. Ricci focuses her practice on all aspects of complex commercial, multi-use and residential real estate transactions, including sales and acquisitions, development, leasing, financing and other related transactions.
  • She has extensive experience representing developers in connection with the development of commercial, multi-use and residential condominiums; drafting, filing and amending condominium documentation with the Florida Division of Condominiums; and implementation of ILSFDA regulations for the sale of subdivided property. Ms. Ricci's development experience also includes representing developer-controlled associations through turnover and pre-litigation construction defect matters. Ms. Ricci has also represented developers in connection with land assemblage, planned unit developments, homeowner's associations and obtaining land use and zoning entitlements.
  • Ms. Ricci also has significant experience in commercial leasing transactions, including drafting and negotiating retail, office and industrial leases. She has represented lenders and borrowers in a wide array of financing transactions, including business financing, loan restructures, refinancing and workouts. She is also well-versed in corporate law and the acquisition and sale of business transactions.
  • Ms. Ricci previously served as an adjunct professor of law at Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad Law Center, where she wrote the curriculum for and taught Complex Real Estate Transactions.
Ms. Ricci is an active member of various professional and community organizations. She is an avid supporter of the Peggy Adams Animal Rescue League and previously served as a mentor for AVDA (Aid to Victims of Domestic Abuse).
