Ms. Yisell Rodriguez is an Associate in the Orlando office of Broad and Cassel. She is a member of the Firm's Affordable Housing and Tax Credit Practice Group.

  • Ms. Rodriguez focuses her practice on affordable housing and tax matters, representing for-profit and non-profit developers of multi-family housing for low-income families and seniors throughout the United States and the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico. She counsels her clients in various aspects of developing, financing and operating their communities.
  • She received her bachelor's degree, summa cum laude, from the University of Central Florida, and earned her juris doctor, cum laude, from University of Florida Levin College of Law, graduating in the top ten percent of her class.
  • Prior to graduation, Ms. Rodriguez worked as a judicial intern for Justice Charles T. Canady in the Florida Supreme Court. She also served as a legal intern and summer associate for multiple law firms, including Broad and Cassel.
  • Ms. Rodriguez served as president of Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity and the Immigration Law Association, and as director of membership and founding member of the Cuban American Bar Association. She also obtained Book Awards in Legal Research, Immigration Law, Florida Administrative Law, Law and Psychiatry, and Economics of the Family. She is also a member of the Order of the Coif.
