Christina Lehm 

Fort Lauderdale   

Ms. Christina Lehm is an Associate in the Fort Lauderdale office of Broad and Cassel and a member of the Firm’s Appellate, Health Law and Commercial Litigation Practice Groups.

  • Ms. Lehm practices in the areas of commercial litigation and appellate law in state and federal courts. She has experience in complex litigation matters, including class actions, and in defending federal False Claims Act (Qui Tam) cases. She has also assisted in a variety of matters involving commercial and business disputes, including breach of contract, non-compete agreements, as well as defending general negligence and medical malpractice actions.
  • Ms. Lehm is a native of Denmark and is fluent in Danish and English and conversational in Swedish and Norwegian. She has a background in business in Europe and the United States. Prior to practicing law, she worked in the fashion and retail industries as a buyer, national sales manager, and national merchandise manager for two international brands, helping them establish and expand their retail presence in the United States.
  • Ms. Lehm has been an integral part of the office since 2012, even before completing her legal education. She was selected from a large pool of candidates as one of two Summer Associates in 2013.
  • While in law school, Ms. Lehm served as a senior associate on Nova Law Review. She also served as the Chair of Research and Problem Development and as an oral advocate on a travel team for the Moot Court Honor Society.
  • Ms. Lehm enjoys and excels at legal writing, and has contributed substantially to a number of health law industry articles published in Compliance Today, South Florida Hospital News, and the Thompson Reuters Health Law Handbook.
