Mr. Francisco Armada is an Associate in the Miami office of Broad and Cassel. He is a member of the Firm's Commercial Litigation Practice Group.

  • Mr. Armada has a background in general civil litigation, commercial litigation, appellate law, banking law, commercial foreclosures, complex commercial litigation, contractual disputes, probate litigation, medical malpractice, nursing homes, employment law, condominium law, securities litigation, enforcement of non-compete agreements, and residential mortgage-backed securities litigation.
  • He has represented various clients, including several financial institutions, in trials, various hearings, and depositions and appeals.
  • Before beginning his legal career, Mr. Armada served for five years as an officer in the U.S. Army. This experience helped him acquire many important skills, including the ability to adapt to complex situations, serve in leadership roles and manage large projects.
  • Mr. Armada graduated from the University of Miami School of Law, summa cum laude, and was a member of the school’s law review.
  • While in law school, Mr. Armada served as a certified legal intern at the U.S. Attorney's Office Economic Crimes Division and assisted in white collar criminal litigation.
  • He also served as a law clerk for the Honorable Judge Dorian S. Damoorgian in the Florida Fourth District Court of Appeal. In this capacity, Mr. Armada assisted in the opinion writing process, researched appellate motions and advised judges as to their resolution.
