Ms. Regina Rabitaille is an Associate in the Orlando office of Broad and Cassel, where she is a member of the Estate Planning and Trusts Practice Group.
Ms. Rabitaille is active in various professional and community organizations.
- Ms. Rabitaille focuses her practice primarily in the areas of probate, trusts and estates, and transfer tax controversy matters.
- Ms. Rabitaille previously served as a summer associate in Broad and Cassel’s Orlando office, where she handled a variety of matters, including the drafting and revision of numerous estate plan documents.
- She worked for the United States Attorney’s Office in Ocala, FL where she conducted legal research concerning various issues in the civil context.
- Ms. Rabitaille graduated in the top 10% of her class at the University of Florida Levin College of Law. She received the Book Award in Evidence and was on the Dean's List from 2007-2010. Following graduation, she was selected for Order of the Coif. She then went on to receive a Master of Laws in Taxation from New York University School of Law.
