Cassie Gisclair Esq.

Ms. Cassie Gisclair is Of Counsel in the Tampa office of Broad and Cassel. She is a member of the Firm's Commercial Litigation and Construction Law and Litigation Practice Groups.

  • Ms. Gisclair has significant experience in representing clients in complex commercial and construction litigation disputes involving commercial, state and federal construction projects.
  • Through her career, Ms. Gisclair has represented several Florida state universities on various construction related matters, including handling project dispute resolution and drafting construction contracts for the universities with regard to both contractors and design professionals.
  • She has represented owners, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and design professionals on a variety of construction disputes including lien and bond actions, construction defect cases, payment disputes among project participants, and complex impact claims, including delay, acceleration, and differing site conditions. She has also represented clients in mediation and arbitration of cases.  
  • Ms. Gisclair has extensive experience in contract drafting and negotiation on behalf of her clients in both the private and public sectors.
  • Ms. Gisclair is a member of the construction law team representing the Orlando International Airport on its multi-billion dollar international terminal and rail intermodal station project, serving as project counsel on the daily issues involving contingency management, change orders and claim issues, and in all close-out matters related to Phase I.
She is a member of The Florida Bar and the Hillsborough County Bar Association as well as a member of several community organizations.
