Telligenix Corporation, Debtor; Bankruptcy Case No. 6:09-bk-15238-KSJ, United States Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of Florida, Orlando Division Confirmation Postponed Pending Court Ruling
Dated: August 10, 2010

On August 4, 2010, the Court heard oral argument on a contested matter concerning the Debtor’s former landlord’s claim against Telligenix. The matter is currently under advisement and the Court will issue a written opinion. The court’s ruling could impact confirmation of the Debtor’s Plan.

The Court has scheduled a Status Conference in the case for October 6, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. During the status conference, the Court could schedule a new hearing date to consider confirmation of the Debtor’s Plan. This means you will not receive a copy of the Plan and a ballot from Telligenix’ counsel until the Court reschedules the confirmation hearing.

Telligenix Corporation, Debtor; Bankruptcy Case No. 6:09-bk-15238-KSJ, United States Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of Florida, Orlando Division Confirmation Postponed Dated: July 30, 2010

On April 9, 2010, Telligenix filed a proposed Plan of Reorganization and Disclosure Statement. On June 11, 2010, Telligenix filed an Amended Disclosure Statement.

The Court has canceled the Confirmation hearing set for August 4, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. at the United States Bankruptcy Court, Courtroom A, 5th Floor, 135 W. Central Blvd., Orlando, FL 32801. A status conference will be held during that time slot instead. The Court has indicated it will reset the Confirmation hearing at the August 4 status conference. This means that all deadlines for ballots, etc. have also been canceled. Once the new dates have been scheduled, the information will be posted to this website.

This means you will not receive a copy of the Plan and a ballot from Telligenix’ counsel until the Court reschedules the confirmation hearing.

On April 9, 2010, Telligenix filed a proposed Plan of Reorganization and Disclosure Statement. On June 11, 2010, Telligenix filed an Amended Disclosure Statement.

The Court has scheduled the Confirmation hearing for August 4, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. at the United States Bankruptcy Court, Courtroom A, 5th Floor, 135 W. Central Blvd., Orlando, FL 32801. Your attendance at the Confirmation hearing is optional.

Within the next two weeks, Creditors will receive copies of the Plan and Disclosure Statement along with a ballot to accept or reject the provisions of the Plan concerning their claim in the mail. General Unsecured Creditors should review the information under Class 5 in the Plan. Original ballots must be filed with the Clerk of the United States Bankruptcy Court, 135 W. Central Blvd., Suite 950, Orlando, FL 32801 so as to be received by July 28, 2010. NOTE: Ballots sent to Broad and Cassel are not considered filed with the Bankruptcy Court. Do not send ballots to Broad and Cassel. If you have questions concerning the treatment of your claim, you must seek the advice of your own counsel. As counsel to the Committee, Broad and Cassel is prohibited from providing you with legal advice concerning individual claims.
